RoxRec ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how RoxRec handles information when you use our Apple Watch and iPhone application.

RoxRec does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data remains on your device and within Apple's ecosystem.

Data We Access

RoxRec accesses the following data solely to provide app functionality:

• Health & Fitness Data — Heart rate, workout duration, and segment times. Accessed via Apple HealthKit and stored only in Apple Health on your device.
• Photos — Only when you choose to create a photo record card. The app reads a photo you select and overlays your workout data. No photos are uploaded or stored by RoxRec.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information
• We do not collect location or GPS data
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not display advertisements

Apple HealthKit

RoxRec integrates with Apple HealthKit to save your workout data. Data written to HealthKit is governed by Apple's privacy policy and your device settings. RoxRec does not read HealthKit data beyond what is necessary for displaying your own workout history within the app.

You can revoke HealthKit access at any time via iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → RoxRec.

In-App Purchases

RoxRec offers a Premium subscription processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not handle or store any payment information. All billing is managed by Apple. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for details on purchase data.

Data Deletion

To delete all RoxRec data, simply delete the app from your device. Any data previously written to Apple Health can be removed via the Health app. Since we do not operate servers or databases, there is no additional deletion process required.

Children's Privacy

RoxRec is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
