How do I switch between run and station?
During a workout, double tap the Apple Watch screen to advance to the next segment. Run → Station → Next Run, and so on. The bottom of the screen shows "Double tap → Next Segment" as a reminder.
Which Apple Watch models are supported?
RoxRec supports Apple Watch Series 7 and later running watchOS 10 or higher. Make sure your watch is updated to the latest software.
How do I pause or stop a workout?
Press and hold the screen for 1.5 seconds to access the pause and stop options. The hold delay is intentional to prevent accidental stops during intense segments.
Where is my workout data saved?
All workouts are automatically saved to Apple Health (HealthKit) after you finish. You can also view your full history and analysis in the RoxRec iPhone app.
How do I create a photo record card?
After completing a workout, open the workout detail in the iPhone app. Tap the share icon to overlay your finish data on a photo from your camera roll. Save or share directly to Instagram or other apps.
Why isn't heart rate showing during my workout?
Make sure RoxRec has permission to access Health data. Go to iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → RoxRec and enable heart rate access. Also ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist.
Does RoxRec support Double HYROX or team formats?
Currently RoxRec supports the standard HYROX format (8 runs × 8 stations). Double HYROX and relay formats are planned for a future update.
What is RoxRec Premium?
The free version includes full workout tracking and your 5 most recent records. RoxRec Premium ($2.99/month) unlocks your complete workout history and advanced analysis features including finish time trends, pace trends, and station breakdowns.
